Before submitting your claim please review the warranty and care information available Here.  Biddy's does not guarantee that all warranty claims will be approved.  In the event your warranty claim is denied, Biddy's may offer to correct or fix any issues at your own expense or at a reduced rate. All forms of communication after submitting your claim will be done via email, as  Biddy's may request forms, videos or pictures to be submitted.  By submitting your warranty claim, you are agreeing to the statement above and that all information entered into the form is true and to the best of your knowledge.
